Stocking again: The Details

Once we're past Christmas I'll have a couple other projects to blog about... but in the mean time, I thought I'd share the crazy details of my stocking, which don't really show up well in a photo of the whole. I did things I've never done before - beading, cording, french knots, lazy daisy stitches. All of which kinda make me want to try my hand at embroidery. All in due time, I'm sure.
