Hello again.

Well - I got a little wrapped up in all the changes around me. It's been a while. Between finding out where we matched, David graduating from medical school, moving, getting settled, going on vacation, David starting his new job, and my brother-in-law getting married... I haven't much thought about this blog. :)

So let's back up. Right before David graduated on May 14, we had a week of celebration known as "Senior Week". I don't know if we've ever been more social! (Well, up until residency orientation.)

The week included...

Doctor's Ball Monday.

Bowling Tuesday.

Bourbon Trail Wednesday.

Followed by a picnic/frisbee at a horse farm.

Churchill Downs Thursday.

We had an awesome time with everything - especially since everything was free for us! And we finally got to do some of those Louisville/Kentucky things like going to a horse farm, horse races, and touring at least one bourbon distillery (Buffalo Trace). We now can tell you more about bourbon than you'd probably care to know. :)
